Zontee Hou, President & Chief Strategist

Zontee Hou is a digital marketing and brand strategist with 15+ years of experience, who has consulted for major brands including Indiana University, Caesars Entertainment, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Oracle Marketing Cloud, and Allstate Insurance.

She also has brand-side experience, overseeing the day-to-day marketing activities of Lion Brand, America’s oldest hand-knitting yarn company, for 6+ years during which time its marketing efforts garnered several PR News Platinum Awards and a Forrester Groundswell Award. During that time, she appeared on the Martha Stewart Show and PBS’ Knitting Daily.

Zontee serves as Head of Strategy for consulting firm, Convince & Convert, and she is a contributor to its blog—ranked the #1 content marketing blog in the world by the Content Marketing Institute.

She is on TopRank’s list of Top 50 Content Marketers to Follow and she is among LinkedIn’s 16 Marketers to Follow in 2021. She’s also been profiled by publications throughout the digital marketing space.

In addition, she has served as a faculty member at Columbia University and an adjunct lecturer and board member at the City College of New York, in their respective graduate programs, and she speaks at events and conferences around the U.S.

Zontee received her MS from Columbia University’s Strategic Communications program and her BS in both Marketing and International Business from NYU’s Stern School of Business.

Next on her dream vacation list is Marrakesh, Morocco. But in the meantime, you can find her wandering all around New York City with her husband.
