A few weeks ago, I was in Orlando for Social Fresh, the social media conference. During the pre-conference workshop day, I presented a session on social media a measurement. If you know anything about my approach, you know that I believe that digital marketing should be tracked so that we can tie specific business results to our activities, test what works, and learn about our target customers.
